About This Product
■Major features of the "Ultra High Speed Internal Pressure Fatigue Testing Equipment".
・This device has a mechanism that has been developed with a completely different concept from the solenoid valves used in many conventional internal pressure fatigue test devices.
・Can apply pressure to the workpiece up to 50 times per second. This can contribute to a significant reduction in durability test time.
・Can measure and manage pressure up to a maximum of 30MPa.
- Does not select test liquid. Any liquid medium such as water, oil, or gasoline can be used. spindle oil
-Can be used for functional products and parts that can be pressurized or depressurized. Mainly injectors and high pressure injection equipment industrial robot hydraulic piping.
*The mechanism that makes the above possible is a patented mechanism called cylinder pressure. (See fig 1.)
*Please be careful when using products with large expansion coefficients or products that require a large amount of test liquid to be fed. Example: radiator, fuel tank, rubber tube, etc.
