About This Product
E-Radio Patrol is a system that measures temperature and vibration acceleration with a sensor connected to the slave unit and transmits it to the base unit via 920MHz band radio.
■Features
・"e-Radio Patrol" uses radio to measure the temperature and vibration acceleration of motors in a wide area of the factory, making it possible to grasp the situation from a remote location.
- By constantly graphing "temperature" and "vibration acceleration", it is possible to detect troubles that occur in equipment in advance, even if you are not a skilled maintenance worker.
- Can operate for over 3 years with 2 AA alkaline batteries. (Depending on the installation environment) You can also check the remaining battery level on the software.
- Can be installed anywhere with M5 screws or strong magnets. Since no wiring work is required, it can be installed in high places or in places where patrolling is difficult. Adding more slave units is also easy.
- By setting alarm values, abnormal trends can be checked in a timely manner. Alerts can also be sent via email (optional).
