About This Product

■About safety standards by laser class There are eight levels of "safety standards for laser products" stipulated by JIS C 6802:2014. HAJIME CL1 PLUS has undergone compliance testing by Japan Quality Assurance Organization JQA and is compliant with Class 1. ■Measures to prevent damage caused by laser beams The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's "Measures to Prevent Hazards Due to Laser Beams" issued by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's Industrial Safety and Health Act stipulates specific measures to prevent injuries for laser devices other than Class 1 and Class 2. ■Safety design compliant with JIS class 1 ・Laser leak prevention body ・Safety interlock ・Assist air flow ・Guide laser ■Ease of use for smooth operation ・500mm×300mm processing area ・Aluminum honeycomb table ・Processable thickness up to 130mm ・Fan & compressor ■Auto cooling system Equipped with the industry's first automatic cooling unit equipped with a Peltier element. By passing the exhaust gas during processing through the heat sink, the Peltier element is efficiently cooled and the heat generated by the laser oscillator is suppressed. In addition, by maintaining the oscillator temperature appropriately, the laser power is also stabilized. ■Offset pin table When processing resin-based materials such as acrylic by placing them directly on a honeycomb table, the pattern of the honeycomb table may be transferred to the back side of the material due to reflection of laser light and combustion gas and heat conduction from attached dirt. By using the optional offset pin table, it is possible to reduce pattern transfer on the back side. ■Fire detection system The newly installed fire detection system uses an original detection method based on an original analysis of the algorithm that leads to ignition, in order to quickly detect dangerous flames caused by ignition and combustion. A flame sensor is used to distinguish between sparks during processing and flames caused by ignition and combustion, detecting fires in the early stages, and alerting with an alarm. ■Assist cone focus lens Assist air that prevents material from igniting is narrowed down to a very fine cone nozzle and efficiently injected to the laser spot, reducing tar (yellowing) adhering to the processed surface, eliminating the need for masking tape or other curing. This will lead to increased work efficiency.
