High-quality LED vision products are made possible by highly accurate mounting equipment, inspection equipment for each process, and the strict eyes of skilled engineers. At Starius Vision's production factory, we keep people out of the clean room during the LED mounting process as much as possible, and use highly accurate Japanese-made mounting equipment.
For example, for LED elements and IC chips, not only the lots but also the temperature and humidity are constantly controlled in a storage room to ensure that they can be mounted in optimal conditions. LED vision is completed by assembling tens to hundreds of thousands of parts, and each part is carefully considered.

Starius Vision's production capacity is 10,000 m2 per month, making it the world's third-largest stable manufacturer, and exporting to 90 countries around the world. Our manufacturing factory meets international standards such as ISO9001/14001/RoHS/FCC/CE/ETL/OHSAS, as well as requirements for a manufacturing factory in terms of working environment. In addition, while many manufacturers outsource various processes to finalize their products, we manufacture most parts in-house, from the housing to a single cable, to ensure quality control.
In terms of development, we spend 5% of our sales on development costs, and are constantly developing products of the highest standards in the world. Over 200 patented technologies testify to our achievements, and as a company that plays a leading role in the industry, we continue to pour our passion into LED vision product development.
