About This Product
■Summary
This is an adhesive tape developed for covering the heater of heat sealing machines. Since the center part is not coated with adhesive, the adhesive does not come into direct contact with the heater part, preventing dirt and adhesive residue, and extending the life of the tape.
■Applications
・Mold release application of heat sealing machine
・For press plate release of cotton, non-woven fabrics, etc.
・High-temperature electrical insulation coating
・For temporary fixing when bundling cables
■Operating temperature range
-60℃〜+200℃
■Features
・Since no adhesive is applied to the center of the adhesive surface, the adhesive will not melt due to high temperatures.
・Since the adhesive area is small, it can be easily removed even if temporarily pasted.
・The tape surface has excellent non-adhesive properties, releasability, slipperiness, chemical resistance, and water repellency.
- Excellent electrical insulation and dimensional stability.
・Compatible with the Food Sanitation Act (Act No. 46 of 2018) for utensils, containers and packaging. (As of March 2020)
