About This Product
■Summary
AGF-100 This is an adhesive tape with fine irregularities added to the surface of FR. The unevenness greatly improves slip properties, mold release properties, and wear resistance.
■Applications
・Mold release application when making zipper, gassho, and stand pouch bags
・For press plate release of cotton, non-woven fabrics, etc.
■Operating temperature range
-60℃〜+200℃
■Features
・The non-adhesiveness and releasability of the tape surface are approximately 2 to 3 times higher than conventional products, and the slipperiness is 10 to 20% higher.
・The 0.24mm thickness has improved wear resistance, and the product life when heat sealed is more than 4 times longer than AGF-100FR. (compared to our company)
- Excellent electrical insulation, water repellency, weather resistance, and chemical resistance.
・Compatible with the Food Sanitation Act (Act No. 46 of 2018) for utensils, containers and packaging.
