About This Product
■Summary
An adhesive tape with a base material of fluororesin (made of Teflon™ PTFE) impregnated glass cloth and coated with a silicone adhesive on one side. Compared to AGF-100FR, which has a heat resistance temperature of 200℃, AGF-100A is a product with significantly improved heat resistance up to 250℃.
■Applications
・Mold release for heat sealing machines and vacuum packaging machines
・Mold release in press processes such as resin molding
・Electrical insulation coating
・Coating other areas that require non-adhesiveness or slipperiness
■Operating temperature range
-60℃〜+250℃
■Features
- Has high heat resistance that can be used up to 250℃.
・The tape surface has excellent non-adhesive properties, releasability, slipperiness, chemical resistance, and water repellency.
- Excellent heat resistance, electrical insulation, and dimensional stability.
・Compatible with the Food Sanitation Act (Act No. 46 of 2018) for utensils, containers and packaging. (As of March 2020)
