About This Product
■Summary
This product is made of para-aramid cloth coated with fluororesin. There are two types of lineup: A type and K type.
■Applications
・Release sheet for ultrasonic sealing
・Use as base material for conveyor belts subject to high tension
■What is para-type?
Para-aramid fibers have superior mechanical properties such as strength and elastic modulus compared to meta-aramid fibers.
■What is meta?
Meta-aramid fibers have the same strength as general-purpose fibers such as polyester, have low combustion gas toxicity, and have excellent flame retardancy and chemical resistance.
■Operating temperature range
-160℃～+200℃
■Features
- Especially superior in mechanical strength and water vapor resistance compared to the FGF series.
・Excellent non-adhesion, slip properties, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and electrical insulation properties.
・Compatible with the Food Sanitation Act (Act No. 46 of 2018) for utensils, containers and packaging. (As of March 2020)
