■Properties of strongly acidic electrolyzed water
・Main active ingredients: hypochlorous acid (HClO), hydrochloric acid (HCl), chlorine (Cl2)
・pH：2.2～2.7
・Oxidation-reduction potential: +1,100mv or more
・Effective chlorine concentration: 20-60mg/kg
■ Sterilization mechanism
Salt water (NaCl concentration 0.2% or less), which is made by adding a small amount of salt to raw water, is electrolyzed in a diaphragm type electrolytic layer, and an acidic aqueous solution containing hypochlorous acid as the main component obtained from the anode side is water).
