About This Product
■Summary
The static electricity resistance of electronic devices is decreasing, and the static electricity management voltage is also decreasing. It is now possible to measure electrostatic charges of 100V or less with high precision, which was difficult to measure with conventional models, and measurements starting from 0.1V. In addition, by narrowing down the measurement area, it is now possible to measure narrow areas such as the surface of an LSI package.
