About This Product
■Ultra high-speed static elimination, twice that of conventional models
By doubling the number of discharge electrode needles to 8 compared to the previous model and adopting a large air volume fan, we have achieved approximately twice the static elimination characteristics.
■Wide static elimination area
With our uniquely designed fan guard, we have achieved an unprecedentedly wide static elimination area. For example, the following installation can cover three IC trays.
■Ultra-compact, anti-static design
The smallest size in the 120 square fan size class, it can be installed on a tabletop or in various manufacturing equipment without taking up much space. The fan guard is made of stainless steel and has an electric field shielding effect. In addition, the body uses antistatic resin, so it can be installed safely in EPA (ESD protected areas).
■ Resistant to stains, stable for long periods of time, and reduces maintenance man-hours
By doubling the number of discharge electrode needles and highly efficient ion generation, the product can be used stably for long periods of time with little deterioration in static elimination performance, making it possible to significantly reduce maintenance frequency.
■Static charge removal performance change over time
KD-750BB is equipped with a cleaning brush. The discharge electrode needle can be easily cleaned by turning the front knob, significantly reducing maintenance man-hours. There is no deterioration in static elimination performance due to the addition of a cleaning brush, and high-speed static elimination is achieved as before. Additionally, it is compatible with the KD-750B fan guard, so you can easily change your current KD-750B to one with a cleaning brush.
■Intuitive display panel
You can easily check the operating status of the ionizer on the front display panel. It is equipped with a cleaning lamp that has been popular with previous models, allowing you to easily know when it is time to clean it, and is also newly equipped with a fan failure lamp.
■Various input/output terminals
Power input/output and alarm output can be easily connected from the terminal block on the back, making it easy to link with various manufacturing equipment. As a result, when used in manufacturing equipment, a signal is immediately output to the equipment if static elimination performance has deteriorated due to poor maintenance or if static elimination is not effective due to fan failure.
■Compatible with ultra-small electronic devices
The unique design maximizes the variable range of air volume, making it possible to remove static electricity from microelectronic devices at unprecedented speed with a gentle breeze.
