About This Product
The PLZ-5WH2 series is a high-voltage, multi-function, large-capacity DC electronic load designed with high reliability and safety in mind. We offer a wide range of lineups, from 1kW bench models to 20kW high-voltage large-capacity models in a single set. You can select the optimal capacity according to your load. Equipped with a current control circuit that enables stable and fast response, allowing you to perform load simulations at high speed.
In addition, the current setting is highly accurate and has sufficient setting resolution. The display uses a color liquid crystal (LCD). Highly visible display is possible. LAN, USB, and RS232C communication functions are standard equipment, making it easy to incorporate into various inspection systems.
Features
■Arbitrary IV characteristics (ARB) mode
In ARB mode, you can set any IV characteristic by registering multiple arbitrary points (sets of voltage value vs. current value) on the IV characteristic. Any points from 3 to 100 can be registered, and linear interpolation will be performed between the points. The minimum voltage value (0.00V), current value (0.00A), and maximum voltage value (1,010.00V) are fixed.
■Operating mode
The PLZ-5WH2 series has the following five operating modes. In addition, in operation modes other than CV mode, you can also set "UVPL" to control the current and "UVPT" to turn off the load so that the voltage does not fall below the UVP setting value due to excessive current flow. *“UVPL” is “+CV mode” in the PLZ-5W series
■Maximum slew rate 20A/μs
Current rise time to rated current is 20A/μs. *Supports high-speed transient response tests, which are becoming increasingly important in power supply evaluation. *For PLZ20005WH2
■Wide operating voltage range. Compatible with up to 1,000V.
The operating voltage range is 10V to 1,000V. The minimum operating voltage at which current begins to flow is 1.5V.
■Parallel operation
Parallel operation can be connected with one parallel operation cable. Flexibly realizes "high capacity" for up to 5 different models (maximum 100kW, 2,000A) *Required between models to be connected. Standard accessory for 12kW/20kW models. Optional for 1kW/2kW/4kW models.
