Features
■Ultra-high output line light source with approximately three times the brightness of conventional models
Because it has a naturally air-cooled housing and is fanless, it is ideal for sites where wind direction is restricted, such as in semiconductor/LCD manufacturing processes (clean rooms). Standard support for light emitting surface lengths of 240 to 3,960 mm. (120mm pitch)
■Natural air cooling case *No forced air cooling or water cooling required
・By conducting thorough heat dissipation simulations and actual measurement experiments and selecting the optimal current value, material, and external shape, we realized a naturally air-cooled housing.
・Although it uses natural air cooling, it can maintain approximately three times the brightness of conventional models. (Measurement method conditions apply)
■Further strengthened linearity adjustment function
・The block correction (linearity correction) function, one of the major strengths of the SPX-TA series, has been further strengthened.
・The function that allows linear dimming by creating a proportional relationship between dimming value and output (linearity dimming function) has been further enhanced to enable more delicate dimming.
■Dimmer response performance
- Compatible with high-speed pulse control and can also be used as strobe lighting.
・Response speed in strobe mode using pulse input *Input signal from BNC connector
・Equipped with a high-speed strobe mode that enables LED ON/OFF in synchronization with the input signal, ON: 1μs, OFF: 500ns.
・Simultaneous inspection of transmission and reflection within one line is also possible.
