The work process, from dispersion and kneading to vacuum and extrusion molding, can be performed as a whole, and it also eliminates the need for a kneader, resulting in rationalization and labor savings. For kneading, a special 1-shaft Calami screw with a unique design concept is used.
■Features
・Kneading and molding are integrated into one machine: From dispersion and kneading to vacuum and extrusion molding, the work process can be performed as a single unit, and it is possible to streamline and save labor by eliminating the need for a kneader.
・Extrusion part: High-density and homogeneous molding using a pressurized long screw.
・Crosshead: Unique crosshead extrusion has advantages such as simultaneous molding, correction of twisting, and prevention of uneven thickness.
・Kneading section: The special 1-shaft Calami screw allows you to freely adjust the degree of kneading. Equipped with 2 stages of kneading machines to further increase the degree of kneading while only the upper stage is operated.
・Vacuum chamber: A transparent box that allows you to check the degree of kneading, and is equipped with a removable light level sensor as standard equipment to automatically control ON/OFF of the upper stage.
-Easy to disassemble and clean (20 minutes to 1 hour).
・For kneading, a single screw based on a unique design concept is used.
