■Summary
This machine is a device that vacuum-dries workpieces placed in a rotating mesh basket at approximately 30℃. A cold trap is installed to efficiently collect moisture and prevent deterioration of the vacuum pump. It can be dried at almost room temperature.
Heating uses radiant heat and controls the temperature with interval heating to evaporate water at room temperature under reduced pressure of approximately 2.5 x 10^-2 Torr, so the workpiece does not oxidize and rotates to expose a new dry surface. By doing so, you can speed up the evaporation rate. It is also possible to dry while grinding by rotating the workpiece and the grinding bar at the same time.
