We tend to think that there is no point in using a blower under normal vacuum conditions, but since there is no absolute vacuum, there are many molecules inside the drying chamber. Using a blower developed jointly with a university professor, drying can be done in approximately 50% to 70% of the time (depending on the raw material) compared to conventional machines. In conventional machines, sublimation was performed by applying direct heat from the shelf board.
By adding wind generated by a blower, it is possible to remove the saturated water vapor that forms around the raw materials and speed up drying.
