■High vacuum hot press
EHP is a box type hot press that can perform pressure sintering and diffusion bonding.
■Pressure sintering
It is possible to produce high-density sintered products that cannot be obtained with cold pressing.It is also suitable for powder compaction containing difficult-to-sinter materials.
■Diffusion bonding
A processing method that joins dissimilar materials by applying pressure to the materials under high temperature and high vacuum to induce atomic diffusion. A convenient all-purpose machine that can be used for multiple purposes such as heating, vacuuming, and pressurizing.
■Features
・BOX type hot press: The press frame and chamber are integrated, making it compact and quiet. Adopts a smart design that prevents cylinders etc. from protruding outside the machine.
- 4-sided heating and 4-sided cooling structure with plate-shaped heating elements: 4-sided heating with plate-shaped graphite heating elements (compatible with high temperatures). We also focused on the cooling structure to extend machine life. (Cools not only the surface but also the punch).
・Equipped with a touch panel with mechanism diagram: The degree of vacuum, temperature, and pressure can be automated with 20 process settings on the touch panel.
・Double vacuum seal structure: Adopts a double seal structure to enable high vacuum compatibility. The vacuum inside the furnace and the vacuum structure on the door side ensure thorough vacuum maintenance.
