・Nylon resin has water absorption properties, so dimensions and various strengths will change. Please carefully check the usage conditions before designing the product.
- If the product is used under high humidity or underwater for long periods of time, and if dimensional increase due to water absorption is a problem, perform water absorption treatment in advance.
- Please note that nylon generally has poor acid resistance and may cause problems even at low concentrations.
- When drilling a hole in a large-diameter round bar, it may break depending on the conditions due to internal distortion, so take measures such as adjusting the feed.
