This is a disk drying device that continuously indirectly heats and dries the processed material by passing saturated steam (steam) as a heat source through a hollow disk (blade), shaft, and jacket casing.
■Features
・By rotating shafts with discs (vanes) that rotate at different speeds (2 axes at non-uniform speeds), a strong stirring effect and a self-cleaning effect scrape off the deposits on the discs, making contact with the heat transfer surface. The processed material is constantly replaced to maintain high heat transfer efficiency. In addition, due to the high stirring effect, there is little deviation in moisture content and uniform dried products can be obtained.
