■What is Kokyo's ultra-high precision femtosecond laser processing machine?
It consists of a UV femtosecond laser light source for processing research that can emit ultrashort pulse lasers of 3 wavelengths (femtosecond laser, picosecond laser) and a high-precision processing machine. The wavelength can be automatically switched between three wavelengths: UV, green, and 1 μm, and the pulse width is variable from 500 fs to 5 ps.

・At a wavelength of 1 μm, it is possible to use a spatial phase modulator (LCOS-SLM) that can perform multi-point beams and distortion correction, and Kokkyo CGH software.
