About This Product

As of 2013, it is possible to construct a 900 nm band ultrashort pulse fiber laser, which has not yet been commercialized. All necessary optical parts are available, eliminating the trouble of selecting parts. Also, by building your own, you can easily accumulate know-how in laser light source development. Furthermore, the kit format provides a high degree of freedom, allowing the configuration to be rearranged as needed as research progresses. ■Application example ・Micro processing ・Fluorescence observation ・Optical tweezers ・Nonlinear frequency conversion ■Configuration This kit includes the following contents: ・Set of optical parts ・Semiconductor laser This kit uses nonlinear polarization rotation as the mode locking method. In addition, we have selected elements with a proven track record and have adjusted the height so that the laser beam passes through various optical elements. ■Options ・LD (semiconductor laser) power supply ・Breadboard ・Housing ・IR sensor card ■Notes ・Power source for semiconductor laser is not included. -Optical breadboard not included. ・If you do not have a fusion machine, please contact us. ・If you want to obtain higher strength, you can use it in conjunction with a fiber amplifier kit. -Mode-locked fiber laser kits with center wavelengths of 1.0 μm type and 1.5 μm type are also available.
