■What is fiber laser marker?
This is a device that can draw characters and figures (marking) using a fiber laser. When a laser is applied to a material, it is possible to remove or change the surface of the material only in the area where it is applied. There will be a difference in contrast between areas where the laser is applied and areas where it is not. Laser marking uses this difference in contrast.

・Can mark metal, resin, etc.
・Customization possible by customers
・Maximum work area for marking is 500 mm × 500 mm (for f=780 mm lens)
・Minimum line width is approximately 20 μm (for f=100 mm lens)

・High-speed marking is possible with galvano scanner mirror
・Running cost is only electricity bill
・The characters do not fade or peel off like ink markings.
・No material deformation due to non-contact
・Can be used with an AC100V household outlet
・Air cooling
■Comparison between laser marker and conventional marking technology
Traditional marking techniques include engraving/stamping, labeling, and ink printing. The features of laser markers compared to conventional technology are as follows.
