About This Product
UV laser has high photon energy and causes photodecomposition processing in which molecular bonds are directly dissociated on the irradiated surface. One of the features of this product is dirt removal using this photolytic processing principle.Compared to thermal processing, it produces a sharp finish with less dirt processing residue on the surface and minimizes damage to the base material. It's possible.
In particular, using a UV laser can effectively remove organic substances (oil, resist, etc.) on inorganic materials and stains that are easily decomposed by ultraviolet light. In addition, by converging the light with the objective lens via a galvano scanner, a fine spot diameter of several micrometers or less is formed, making it possible to perform pinpoint and limited cleaning. By removing the objective lens unit, it is possible to clean up to a 300 mm square area.
