About This Product
In addition to increasing the output of the laser, we have also adopted the same laser optical system (laser light source, optical system, galvano scanner) as Koukyo's previous products. With this innovation, it is possible to remove dirt of the same size (minimum: 0.1 x 0.1 mm - maximum: 680 x 680 mm) in about half the work time compared to a 100W laser cleaner.
Shortening the removal time can provide great added value by allowing dirt to be removed while minimizing damage to the base material.
A laser cleaner is also called a laser rust remover, laser blast, laser keren device, laser paint stripping machine, laser cleaning machine, or laser degreasing machine, and is a device that can remove rust etc. from metal using a laser. The laser has a high average output of 100W, so even stubborn stains can be removed.
At the laser focus point, the beam intensity is over 1,000 kW/cm2 (up to several tens of MW/cm2), making it possible to remove cement attached to metal. Since this laser cleaner product is developed in-house, both the software and hardware can be customized.
