About This Product
■We have completely renewed the customizable 100W laser cleaner.
Compared to the conventional product (CLX-100), the irradiation area can be minimized (minimum 0.1 x 0.1mm), and a variable repetition frequency function is included as standard. By fundamentally reviewing the configuration, we have significantly reduced the size and weight of the product, improved its mobility, and achieved a reasonable and competitive price. The part where the laser comes out is a handy type that can be held with one hand.
A laser cleaner is also called a laser rust remover, laser blast, laser keren device, laser paint stripping machine, laser cleaning machine, or laser degreasing machine, and is a device that can remove rust etc. from metal using a laser. The laser has a high average output of 100W, so even stubborn stains can be removed.
At the laser focus point, the beam intensity is over 1,000 kW/cm2 (up to several tens of MW/cm2), making it possible to remove cement attached to metal. Since this laser cleaner product is developed in-house, both the software and hardware can be customized.
