About This Product
The MDRone Moving Die Rheometer (MDR) is a reliable, accurate, and easy-to-use rotorless vulcanization meter that is ideal for routine, standard testing of rubber vulcanization. MDRone is configured to measure the vulcanization profile of gum compounds in isothermal and non-isothermal test conditions at constant strain and frequency.
The MDRone features a closed double cone die that meets all relevant ASTM, ISO, and DIN standards. This unique design includes an extremely rugged test frame, direct drive motor, precision temperature control with cooling option, autosampler, and intuitive Scarabaeus Control and Analysis software, making it ideal for quality control or R&D environments. It is a platform.
