About This Product
The new DuraPulse™ Stent Graft Testing (SGT) instrument continues to improve on the performance and reliability that ElectroForce SGT has built on over 20 years. Continuing from previous generation devices, the DuraPulse SGT features a modular manifold design that delivers best-in-class performance with proprietary high-bandwidth, low-distortion ElectroForce actuator technology.
Easily exchange manifolds and tube sets to optimize sample throughput for different stented devices. The improved user interface now displays the inner diameter (ID) and outer diameter (OD) of the radial strain. Additionally, strain control modes have been improved and data acquisition operations have been simplified.
■Advantages
・Closed-circuit device that generates the same pulsation on both sides generates extremely high distortion even at high frequencies
- Optimized for various shapes of instruments and number of samples by simply replacing the manifold set of one testing machine. Select the number of simulated blood vessels from 12, 8, 6, or 4 (bifurcated)
- Compatible with devices of various diameters (2 to 50 mm)
・Tube strain can be measured at any position on the tube using the optical micrometer positioning slide and 360° manifold rotation function. Equipped with a tube scan function that maintains command values and moves the laser during testing.
- Three ID/OD strain calculation modes can be selected, including "no strain" condition and "no stress" condition (according to ISO 25539-2)
・Test pressure can be automatically controlled using the optional pressure control accessory (PCA)
- System Status Indicator (SSI) light provides a clear understanding of the operating status of the test machine
・Reliability that can withstand many years of use. The actuator comes with a 10-year warranty, one of the longest in the industry.
・Compliant with international test standards such as ISO 25539-2 and ASTM F2477
