The DMA 3200 combines decades of proven fatigue testing and world-class dynamic mechanical analysis technology into a unique, versatile testing platform. Patented low-friction ElectroForce® motor technology, superior mechanical design, efficient environmental control, and a variety of clamping systems deliver outstanding data accuracy for a wide range of applications.
The DMA 3200 is equipped with patented ElectroForce linear motor technology, delivering unparalleled performance and data accuracy in a single instrument. This unique motor technology combines powerful rare earth magnets with a low-friction flexural suspension to provide highly accurate force and displacement control over a wide range of frequencies and amplitudes.
The DMA 3200 motor outputs forces up to 500N and provides displacement control from 1 micron to 13mm. Tests can be performed in static and dynamic mode. It also features a low-friction moving magnet design, which eliminates break points found in other motor designs (wire driving, aging resistance, etc.). This guarantees the highest standards of durability and reliable performance.
Decades of maintenance-free operation on ElectroForce fatigue testing equipment has proven it to perform over billions of cycles. This motor is backed by a 10-year warranty, one of the longest in the industry. Highly efficient, low-noise motor technology that operates without lubrication allows the DMA 3200 to be used virtually anywhere, from laboratories to manufacturing sites, clean rooms, and office spaces.
