About This Product

The DMA 3200 is equipped with patented ElectroForce linear motor technology, delivering unparalleled performance and data accuracy in a single instrument. This unique motor technology combines powerful rare earth magnets with a low-friction flexural suspension to provide highly accurate force and displacement control over a wide range of frequencies and amplitudes. The DMA 3200 motor outputs forces up to 500N and provides displacement control from 1 micron to 13mm. Tests can be performed in static and dynamic mode. It also features a low-friction moving magnet design, which eliminates break points found in other motor designs (wire driving, aging resistance, etc.). ■Features - Patented linear motor and high-resolution displacement sensor deliver exceptional data accuracy with unparalleled control over a wide range of forces, displacements and frequencies ・Low-friction, high-durability motor with a 10-year warranty, one of the longest in the industry, allows for excellent operation with no maintenance or warranties required. - High load of 500N enables higher load levels for DMA and fatigue analysis, allowing testing of large samples and final products under real-world conditions - Force convection oven (FCO) provides excellent temperature control and reactivity from -150°C to 600°C for the highest level of precision and flexibility in experimental thermal profiles ・Large Sample Oven (LSO) with a temperature range of -150°C to 315°C is spacious and suitable for testing large samples and components The Air Cooling System (ACS) is a unique airflow cooling system that provides cryogenic testing capabilities without the use of liquid nitrogen, reducing potential laboratory hazards while delivering an incredible return on investment. ・A variety of fixtures supports a wide range of sample sizes and geometries, increasing test versatility - Extremely robust test frame and air bearings ensure the highest accuracy results on highly rigid samples -Multi-color status lights clearly display equipment and test status WinTest® and TRIOS software packages provide powerful, easy-to-use instrument control and data analysis, maximizing flexibility in experimental design
