About This Product

DynTHERM TGA is an advanced weighing device that uses a patented* magnetic suspension balance to measure changes in material weight under high pressure conditions, in the presence of various gases, steam and water vapor, and at room temperature up to 1,700°C. can be measured. Flexible selection of gas & steam injection and mixing devices allows precise control of composition and pressure of reactive atmospheres. Designed and built using over 20 years of experience and countless customer sites, the Rubotherm series DynTHERM TGA offers the widest temperature and pressure range of any high pressure gravimetric analyzer. It is the industry standard for application-related analysis. ■Features and benefits ・Non-contact sample weighing creates an airtight separation between the sample cell and balance, reducing the risk of damage to the balance due to reaction gases, pressure, and temperature inside the sample cell. ・By metal-sealing the sample reaction cell, it is possible to measure corrosive, explosive, and toxic reaction gases from cryogenic to high temperature conditions, and from vacuum to high pressure conditions. - Unique automatic sample splitting feature tares the balance during the experiment, providing unparalleled baseline stability over time without manual balance calibration as required by competing instruments Allows for very accurate measurements ・The entire sample cell immersed in the reaction gas can be heated, preventing condensation of reaction gas vapors such as water vapor, CO2, and ammonia even in environments with high pressure or high humidity conditions. - Advanced gas & steam injection, mixing, and pressure control systems for highly accurate reactive atmosphere control with integrated gas sampling for evolved gas analysis Wide and dynamic gravimetric range and sample capacity allows for the measurement of typical samples as well as large and heavy samples
