■Resolution
Capacitive sensors provide resolution in the picometer range over short distances
・Theoretical measurement resolution is unlimited. In practice, scattered radiation, geometric effects, and noise in the measurement electronics affect the achievable accuracy.
- When combined with E-509.C1A electronics, the D-100.00 sensor (100 µm) has an effective noise factor of 0.02 nm/√Hz. For example, a bandwidth of 100 Hz corresponds to a resolution of 0.2 nm
・The jumper adjustable bandwidth of electronic devices is up to 3 kHz
In addition to the standard sensors listed here, PI offers customized versions for measurement, geometry, materials, electronics, etc.
