■High guiding accuracy with zero point flexure guide
Flexure guides are maintenance-free, friction-free, wear-free and require no lubrication. Due to its high rigidity, it can carry high loads and is insensitive to shock and vibration. It is 100% vacuum compatible and operates over a wide temperature range.
■Excellent lifespan with PICMA ® piezo actuator
All patented PICMA® piezo actuators are ceramic insulated. This protects against failure due to moisture and increased leakage current. PICMA® actuators offer up to 10 times longer lifespan than traditional polymer-insulated actuators. Proven to have never failed after 100 billion cycles.
■Extension software to start operation quickly
Support for MATLAB and NI LabVIEW and all common operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) makes integration quick and efficient in almost any environment. Advanced programming examples and software tools such as PIMikroMove significantly reduce time to production.
