About This Product

■ Monitor fermentation in the tank -The fermented monitor 5,100 is continuously monitored in the tank by measuring the alcohol fermentation during production of beer, wine, and distilled sake. ・ The decrease in sugar content due to yeast metabolism and the rise in alcohol concentration that occur at the same time can be used to measure fermented parameters, causing the opposing but predictable effects. ■ Optimization and management of fermentation -The fermented monitor 5,100 tracks the progress continuously and determines the end point of fermentation directly in the tank. ・ No time -consuming samples or pre -treatment of wort are required.
