About This Product

This problem was solved at once by performing accurate detection and statistical treatment operations. ■ Characteristics -The bending of the lit pipe has a large bending angle depending on the seam position. ・ It can be used for various pipes such as surface chrome plating, surface polishing, and internal seam cut, and these problems are solved at once with the TC -type seam sensor developed by the Company, which emphasizes detection accuracy and low cost. ・ Detect the slight uneven uneven distortion (0.05 mm) and the circular degree of welded seams with a laser type displacement gauge via prism. ・ Detect a slight color change due to welding with a laser -type high -precision color sensor via prism ・ The above -mentioned uneven signals, true circles, and color signals are determined by statistical processing, and a stop order is issued to the pipe rotation device.
