About This Product
■ What is sillbear?
"Sile Bear" is a coined word that combines "silent" and "conveyor", and is a cable chain made using its own composite consecutive integration technology. Unlike the link type connected between the axis and the hole, a linkless structure in which the hinge is connected is adopted. There is no rubbing part, it is low -dusty and has excellent quietness, so it demonstrates its ability to seek high environmental characteristics (low noise, low vibration, low dust, low wear).
The linkless cable chain sillbear® series achieves a high environmental characteristics by adopting a linkless linked structure without a joint by forming its own composite continuous integral formation.
Features

The unique structure enables a significant reduction in noise and vibration by smooth operation without fluttering in the link type.

Due to the linkless structure, it is perfect for cable guide equipment in a clean room.
■ Easy to handle
The KSH type adopts a closing type cover, so it is easy to store cables and hose storage. In addition, if a cable or hose is added due to a mechanical structure, etc., it is easy to use parallel joints (parallel mounting tools) to make it easy to add the same height.
■ Excellent durability
Since there is no wear or sliding portion with a linkless structure, there is no rubbing due to wear.
■ Storage cross section
The "outer diameter" and "number" of the cable and hose to be stored in the saile bear should be determined according to the following.
1. Cable and hose capacity
Set the cable and hose capacity to be stored in the sile bear to 60%or less for the storage cross section.

2. Ensuring cables and hoses
The gap between the cable, hose and inner walls, gaps between cables, and hoses should be secured under the following conditions.
[Cable, hose gap: 2mm or more]
* Use cables and hoses in parallel, so that they do not interact with each other.
* If the number of cables and hoses is stored more than the capacity, the cable and hose will have an unreasonable force, and the life of sailbear, cable and hose will be significantly reduced.
■ Effective diagram
Be sure to use the sillbear within the range of the capacity diagram. Used beyond the range of the ability composition, which leads to a decrease in sillbear life and damage.
