Inspection procedure manuals can be created freely in Excel. Excel's functions and macros can be used as they are for the inspection pass/fail judgment formula, so a wide range of expressions is possible.
■Flexible response to sudden changes
If there is a change in inspection standards or inspection content, you can respond immediately by modifying Excel. No need to modify the system.
■ Utilize achievements to improve on-site improvements
By analyzing the actual CSV data output after work, it is possible to calculate pass/fail rates for each inspection item, total work time for each worker, and discover oversights in inspections. This can lead to on-site improvements made.
■GobiVoice work flow
・Create inspection procedure manuals and judgment formulas in Excel
・Launch the app and scan the barcode of the product you want to inspect
・The corresponding inspection procedure manual and images will be displayed, and the audio instructions will be read out.
・The inspector conducts the inspection and speaks the results.
・The spoken test results are entered into the test procedure manual via the microphone.
・Perform pass/fail judgment based on the created judgment formula
・When the test is completed, the results are saved as CSV data.
