Q-Clamp is an innovative sanitary clamp designed to provide an integral connection throughout the fluid path, reducing the possibility of leaks. Bioprocess Q-Clamp's unique cap ratchet system supports connection verification across the entire system and is compatible with sanitary ferrules that meet ISO and ASME BPE standards.

A unique two-piece construction and manufactured in a Class 7 cleanroom, the Q-Clamp provides complete fluid path connection integrity.
Q-Clamp features a raised hinge to keep the clamp open and supports efficient alignment of ferrules and gaskets. The internal taper design of the lower half of the Q-Clamp covers over 180 degrees of the ferrule, allowing for retention and maximum operator efficiency.
Overcoming the challenge of gasket overcompression at connections, the Q-Clamp features a tool-free ratchet closure system that can be operated with one hand within just seconds. Together, these innovative design features help protect fluid path connections by reducing potential leaks.
