This is a device that forms alignment marks on the DFR of inner layer substrates without reference holes using ultraviolet light exposure. This device eliminates the need to drill reference holes, which was essential for exposure devices with a single-sided → reversed single-sided configuration.
■Features
Reduces the process of drilling reference holes (through-holes) on the inner layer board.
■Introduction example
・It is connected to an exposure device and irradiates the DFR (dry film resist) laminated on the board with UV light. Form a fiducial mark.
- Marks can be formed at two locations on the board surface, for a total of four points on the front and back sides.
