About This Product
JIS C 4609 Ground fault directional relay equipment for high voltage power receiving equipment
When connecting solar power generation or other power generation equipment to the grid, ground fault voltage protection is required depending on the output capacity.
■Features
- Has high noise resistance and is not easily affected by noise such as radio waves and surges.
・ZPC-9B is used for the zero-phase capacitor. Compatible with ZPC-9B.
- Operating sensitivity and operating time are 5-point switchable.
・The return method is automatic/manual switching type.
・The control power supply AC110V and AC220V are terminal connection switching type.
・It is a harmonic countermeasure product.
-The mounting hole dimensions are the same as LVG-7.
・This is an environmentally friendly product (compliant with the European RoHS Directive).
■Operation
LVG-7E protects high-voltage power lines from ground faults and is used in combination with a zero-phase capacitor (ZPD).
When a ground fault occurs in the electrical circuit, a voltage is generated at the secondary terminals of the ZPD. After adjusting the sensitivity of this secondary output, the amplifier circuit amplifies it, the level detection circuit determines its magnitude, and the switching circuit operates the operation indicator and output contact.
After operation, the LVG-7E is an automatic/manual return switch type, so if it is set to manual, the operation indicator and output contact will not return until the test/return is turned to the return side. If set to automatic, the output contact and operation display will return to normal when the ground fault is removed.
Please note that when the test/return switch is turned to the test side, the output contacts will operate. Also, please be aware that if the ground capacitance of the electrical circuit is low and unbalanced, Vo may be generated and the product may operate.
