About This Product
■Summary
atVision is dedicated software for the VC series smart cameras and can be used intuitively through the GUI (Graphical User Interface). In particular, a flexible inspection environment can be realized by setting 64 work groups as well as various parameter settings such as ROI range and input/output conditions. In addition, real-time monitoring of test results and additional corrections can be made using image filters when necessary, improving convenience and test accuracy.

・Various inspection functions: position correction, brightness, contrast, area, edge, shape comparison, length, angle, diameter, number of objects, barcode, OCR, pattern recognition, etc.
・64 work group settings (32 inspection points per group) allows for flexible response to changes in the work environment
・Work group management and parameter setting
- Work groups saved on the smart camera can be copied and saved to the PC, and work groups saved on the PC can also be copied and saved to the smart camera.
・A flexible inspection environment can be created by setting various parameters such as ROI range, input/output conditions, and image resolution.
・Inspection result monitoring and output data setting
・Pass/fail results of inspection items can be monitored in real time, and additional image correction can be made using image filters if necessary.
- You can freely set output data selection and Modbus TCP/IP address assignment for each work group.
・Test result image transmission to FTP server
- Test result images can be transmitted and saved to an FTP server depending on the settings. Additionally, file name creation rules can be set when saving, making file management easy.
