About This Product

■Summary The TR1D series achieves 50ms high-speed sampling and ±0.3% display accuracy, boasts highly accurate temperature control, and realizes efficient temperature control through simultaneous heating/cooling control. This product has a width of 22.5mm to minimize installation space constraints, and the front display allows for easy control status and parameter settings. Additionally, the elasticity of the lower DIN rail bracket makes it easy to attach and detach, making installation more convenient. ■Features ・Slim design with 22.5mm horizontal length ・Achieves high-speed sampling of up to 50ms and display level of ±0.3% ・Equipped with simultaneous heating/cooling control function ・Current output or SSR drive output selection function ・Easy to attach and detach the product to the DIN rail (Korean patent application 10- 2019- 0158569) ・RS485 communication output model support ・Protocol: Select from Modbus RTU/ASCII ・Communication speed: Supports up to 115,200bps ・Parameter setting possible on PC (USB and RS485 communication) ・Device integrated management program (DAQMaster) provided free of charge ・Heater burnout alarm (CT input) function (excluding TR1D- 14RN and TR1D- 14CN) ・Supports screen protection function ■Achieved slim width of 22.5mm The slim size of 22.5mm width reduces the installation space inside the panel. ■Achieves high-speed sampling of up to 50ms Depending on the usage conditions, the sampling period can be selected from 50/100/250ms. When temperature control requires high-speed response, the sampling period can be set up to 50ms. ■Easily attachable and detachable DIN rail bracket Using the elasticity of the lower DIN rail bracket, you can easily attach and detach the product without using additional tools. ■Simultaneous heating/cooling control possible By controlling heating and cooling simultaneously, more efficient temperature control is possible. ■Providing selection function for current output or SSR drive output With one product, you can select and use current output or SSR drive output by setting internal parameters. ■Provides screen protection function Provides a screen protection function that turns off the PV display if no buttons are pressed for a user-set period of time. This reduces unnecessary power consumption and extends the life of the display.
