About This Product

■Summary The multi-channel module type TM series, which can control multi-channel (2 channels/4 channels) input/output with a single product, can be expanded to up to 31 units (62 channels, 124 channels) without wiring, and has high-speed sampling of up to 50 ms. (TM2 series). In addition, it supports communication functions (RS485), as well as simultaneous control of heating and cooling, current output, and SSR drive output, allowing efficient temperature control. ■Features ・Multi-channel (2-channel/4-channel) input/output control is possible with one product. - Expansion using connectors for connecting modules eliminates the need for communication and power wiring between modules - Expandable up to 31 units (62 channels/124 channels) ・High-speed sampling control possible (2 channels: 50ms/4 channels: 100ms) ・Equipped with simultaneous heating/cooling control function ・Parameters can be set on a PC (USB and RS485 communication) ・Free provision of device integrated management program (DAQ Master) ・Parameter settings can be made using SCM-US without powering on or wiring. ・Convenience of maintenance provided by connector wiring method: sensor input connector, power/communication connector ・RS485 communication output support ・Protocol: Select from Modbus RTU/ASCII ・Communication speed: Maximum 115,200bps compatible ・One-touch screwless type reduces work time and maximizes user convenience ・Insulation structure design between input channels (withstand voltage 1,000VAC) ・Heater disconnection alarm (CT input) function (*CT sold separately: CSTC-E80LN, CSTC-E200LN, CSTS-E80PP) ■Multi-channel (2 channels/4 channels) input/output control is possible with one product. The TM series can have up to 2 channels or 4 channels of individual input and output depending on the model, and one product can function as up to 4 temperature controllers. ■Can be expanded up to 31 units It can be expanded to up to 31 units (2 channels: 62 channels/4 channels: 124 channels) through side connectors, and there is no need for communication or power wiring between modules, greatly reducing connection work and wiring man-hours.
