INNcontrol™5 is server software for guest room information management and real-time energy control.
Information obtained from INNCOM devices can be displayed in a consolidated manner to provide useful information for housekeeping, engineering, security and other hotel staff.
INNcontrol™5 offers an open interface and can be seamlessly integrated with existing hotel systems. In addition, since it uses Niagara Framework™, not only the guest rooms but the entire facility can be connected to IoT.

- Remotely monitor HVAC equipment and indicate malfunctioning units
・Monitor the temperature and humidity in each room and alert if it exceeds the threshold
・Display the rental status (Rent/Unrent) and presence/absence status (Occupy/Unoccupy) of the room
・Monitor network connections in guest rooms and display unconnected rooms
・Alerts rooms where the battery level of indoor devices is low and the state is continuously Occupied.
・Display requests for public services such as hot water supply
- Alerts on connectivity interruptions to web access networks (WAN) and management system interfaces
・Report equipment operating time and comparison with state without energy control
