Granit 1920i 2D wired scanner exclusively for DPM, with a minimum resolution of 0.06mm and capable of reading even the smallest codes. It is ideal for industries such as automobiles, pharmaceuticals, defense, and aerospace, as well as for the management of medical equipment and the traceability and individual management of electronic parts, metal, and plastic parts.
■Features
- Equipped with Honeywell's DPM decoding technology that can accurately read difficult-to-read marks. It can also read common 1D barcodes/2D codes and extremely small DataMatrix, making it compatible with a wide range of scanning applications.
・Multi-illumination: Automatically adjusts the optimal illumination for the target object, even when markings on metal materials or substrates that are easily reflective, can be read quickly and accurately. [Example: mirror surface/engraved, cast surface/engraved, satin finish/laser marking, IC package/laser marking, hairline/laser marking, cast surface/inkjet, etc.]
・Enhanced ease of use: Laser spot aimer with excellent visibility that makes it easy to aim at the code to be read, 360° omnidirectional reading, multi-illumination, etc.
・Feedback function: High-brightness LED, loud buzzer, vibration, and display function to improve visibility provide quick feedback even in dark or loud mechanical locations, reducing the effort and time required to rescan.
- Robustness & Durability: Operating temperature is -30°C to 50°C (Storage temperature -40°C to 70°C). The proprietary housing is rugged, resistant to 5,000 falls from 1m at -30°C, 50 times from 2m, and IP65 waterproof and dustproof to reduce maintenance costs.
・Industrial grade cable (optional item): Continuous communication has been verified with 300,000 90° bends at -30°C and a load of approximately 27kg.
