■Product overview
The ScanPal EDA56 is the latest model in Honeywell's ScanPal series of mobile computers. Equipped with an advanced 8-core Qualcomm Snapdragon octa-core 2.0GHz processor, it provides high processing power. It also features the latest wireless communication protocols such as Wi-Fi 6, NFC, and Bluetooth 5.1.
Wi-Fi 6 leverages OFDMA (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access) technology to reduce network delays caused by many users using the network at the same time. EDA56 uses Wi-Fi 6 to allocate bandwidth efficiently and support multiple users simultaneously for smoother communication.
The EDA56 has a built-in Honeywell S0703 scan engine that can accurately read even damaged barcodes at high speed.
is. EDA56 has a rugged housing and IP67 waterproof rating to operate under harsh usage and harsh environmental conditions.
4,500mAh battery allows for long shifts on a single full charge (battery life varies depending on usage and other factors). Field-replaceable batteries and Quick Charge 3.0 support allow for quick battery changes and minimal disruption. EDA56 uses supercapacitor technology and can store data for up to 10 minutes even when changing batteries. This prevents data loss if the battery needs to be replaced.
