Sensepoint XCD now includes monitoring capabilities for toxic and oxygen gas sensors. The remote feature is designed for great flexibility in use and is the perfect solution for hard-to-reach locations or where the transmitter needs to be moved away from the sensor. A remote toxic gas and oxygen sensor that can be mounted up to 100 feet (30m) from the transmitter, the Sensepoint It provides a rugged surveillance solution even in harsh environments, including applications where the detector is not visible, such as outside a room where the detector is hidden.
Sensepoint XCD is an easy-to-use detector. This sensor can simply be connected to the bottom of the transmitter and the transmitter will configure automatically. The user can change the detector's operation using the LCD and magnetic switch without opening the device. This allows for non-intrusive operation by a single worker, reducing the time and cost of daily maintenance.
A tri-color backlit LCD clearly shows the device status at a glance, even from a distance. A solid green backlight indicates normal operation, a flashing yellow indicates a fault, and a flashing red indicates a warning.
