■Product overview
The HIH-4602-A/C series relative humidity (RH) sensor senses both relative humidity and temperature in a TO-5 housing with a hydrophobic sintered stainless steel filter. Laser-trimmed, thermostatic polymer capacitive sensing element with on-chip integrated signal processing. The HIH-4602-A/C's temperature sensor is thermally coupled to the RH sensor, making it ideal for measuring condensation point and other absolute humidity values.
HIH-4602-A includes an integrated thermistor and HIH-4602-C includes an integrated precision RTD. Factory calibration data included with each sensor allows for individual matching with downstream electronics and overall accuracy of ±3.5 %RH.
