Honeywell MICRO SWITCH E6/V6 series medium duty limit switches are designed for a variety of indoor and outdoor applications. An electrostatic epoxy coating on the zinc housing increases product durability in most environments.
The E6/V6 family of switches incorporates Honeywell MICRO SWITCH BZ switch elements with a reliable snap spring mechanism with over 60 years of service. E6 series switches are side-mounted, while V6 series switches are flange-mounted.
Shielded (with actuator and boot) E6/V6 series switches are suitable for applications that may be exposed to liquid or particulate environments. General purpose (actuator, no boot seal) E6/V6 series switches are ideal for applications that are not exposed to liquid or dusty environments.
The compact size of these limit switches allows installation on equipment where space is limited. Most SPDT (single-polar, double-throw) E6/V6 catalog listings are UL, CSA, and CE certified, while DPDT (bipolar, double-throw) E6/V6 catalog listings are UL and CSA certified.
