About This Product
■Energy saving performance Various energy saving controls
Equipped with energy saving control switch "E-MODE". Maximum energy-saving effects can be achieved by selecting the optimal energy-saving operation mode according to the model and application.
■Next-generation high-efficiency new airend installed
Pursuing higher air compression efficiency by adopting an air end with a new tooth profile and a new lubrication method. The amount of discharged air has been increased by up to 3% compared to the conventional model.
■Ensuring reliability under high temperatures Compatible with ambient temperature of 45℃
A review of the cooling structure has significantly improved pressure loss and cooling efficiency within the unit. In addition, we have adopted a motor with high cooling performance (both constant speed and variable speed) and improved the new dryer's ability to operate at high ambient temperatures. The same maintenance cycle as the previous model was maintained through continuous operation at an ambient temperature of 45°C.
■IPC control (terminal pressure prediction control)
It predicts the pressure to the end according to the amount of air used and reduces the pressure at the compressor outlet during low loads to save energy.
■ECOMODE (Energy saving operation control)
Automatically reduces the upper limit pressure according to the load factor of pneumatic equipment. Cuts unnecessary boost operation and realizes energy-saving operation.
■Complete IT communication functions
- Compatible with USB memory The USB storage function for operating data allows external retrieval in CSV data format, which can be used to study energy-saving operation.
・Web server function via Bluetooth® You can check the operating status of the compressor and check/change settings using the web screen of a tablet terminal, creating an unprecedented operating environment.
・Modbus® communication support Open network serial communication Modbus®/RTU is standard support, making it easy to connect to the host monitoring system used by the customer.
■Multi-functional touch panel
・Significantly improved operability A color LCD touch panel is standard equipment on all models, allowing you to directly touch the item you want to set and input using the numeric keypad, greatly improving operability.
・A variety of operation functions are available, including not only ``scheduled operation,'' but also ``instantaneous restart'' that can restart after a power outage of up to 5 seconds (up to 20 seconds), and ``automatic shutdown function'' during low loads. We have prepared various driving functions.
・Logging function for operation data Operation data such as pressure, temperature, current, operating time, alarm failure history, etc. can be recorded and checked on the spot on the LCD screen.
