■Achieved miniaturization of dimensions.
The width dimension of the drawer type is now compatible with the panel width of 500 mm. In addition, the depth dimension of the drawer type is now compatible with a panel depth of 700 mm.
■We are thinking about safety
By adopting our own operating mechanism (spring storage type), we have improved the safety and reliability of operation. Additionally, the operating force when operating the manual spring is reduced to less than half that of conventional products, improving safety. The manual spring system uses a rotary type to improve operability.
The main circuit terminal cover prevents terminals from being exposed. (Installation method: B type, C type, P type) Considering the safety of the operation of draw-out type circuit breakers, we are economically implementing measures based on the principles of JEM1425.
■Improved reliability of vacuum circuit breaker
The electric spring operation method has been standardized to an instant-on type (operating time 30ms) that can be turned on immediately after the electricity is turned on to ensure high speed when switching to the standby circuit. In addition, the control circuit is AC/DC compatible, expanding the scope of application.
The auxiliary switch uses a reliable sliding type auxiliary contact terminal to improve reliability. In response to the increase in external signal circuits, the number of contacts for the drawer type is now 5a + 5b as standard. The fixed type can accommodate up to 5a+5b as an option.
